El cliente debe traer el equipo en buenas condiciones, con su caja original y todo accesorio incluído para honrarle la garantía. El producto NO debe de presentar daños ocasionados por uso indebido (ejemplo: afectados por agua, fluctuaciones eléctricas, alteraciones, entre otros) y/o por accidentes. Luego de los 30 días, el cliente tendrá la garantía que la manufactura provea para el producto y deberá ser reclamada directamente con ella. Los productos en liquidación NO TIENEN GARANTÍA, y la garantía extendida NO CUBRE ACCIDENTES. Las PLANTAS ELÉCTRICAS tienen 14 DÍAS de garantía en tienda por DESPERFECTO de fabrica. Luego de los 14 DÍAS, el cliente tendrá la garantía que la manufactura provea y deberá ser reclamada directamente con ella. En el caso de los DRONES DJI y equipos SEGWAY, ambos artículos tienen 14 DÍAS de garantía en tienda y 1 AÑO de garantía directamente con la manufactura por DESPERFECTO de fábrica; en caso de software, por errores relacionados a su configuración de fábrica. Generadores NATURE'S GENERATOR tienen UN (1) AÑO de garantía por DESPERFECTO de fábrica en tienda. El cliente debe traer el equipo en buenas condiciones en cualquiera de nuestras localidades Dr. Tech junto al recibo. El artículo será transferido a nuestro laboratorio para ser inspeccionado. El producto NO debe de presentar daños ocasionados por uso indebido (ejemplo: afectados por agua, fluctuaciones eléctricas, alteraciones, entre otros) y/o por accidentes.
